Why we built this

Enterprise AI is broken. Organizations spend months and hundreds of thousands of dollars on AI initiatives that never reach production. Regulated industries — finance, healthcare, defense, critical infrastructure — face an even harder problem: most AI platforms require cloud access, which is a non-starter for classified or compliance-mandated environments.

We built Agent Orcha as the open-source orchestration layer that was missing — a framework that lets you define, deploy, and govern multi-agent AI systems with declarative YAML, run entirely on-premises with a single Docker command, and swap between any LLM provider without rewriting code.

AI StackOps is the services company that takes Agent Orcha from open-source project to production deployment. We scope, build, and hand off working AI workflows in two weeks — with governance controls from day one.

Former FBI Unit Chief specializing in cyber and counterterrorism investigations for 12 years. CISO at Web.com (parent of Network Solutions) where he implemented Zero Trust and DevSecOps. CISO at CSX, a Fortune 300 railroad, securing critical U.S. infrastructure. Co-founded Start Left Security.

Origin story: Struggled to synchronize AI-driven threat intelligence across cybersecurity policies, tools, and configurations at enterprise scale. Existing platforms were too limited or too cloud-dependent for isolated OT environments.

David Dalcu

20+ years of full-stack software engineering and engineering management. Software Engineering Manager at Upstart (AI-native lending). Previously built platforms at Web.com and Citibank. Founder of Dalcu LLC, specializing in custom app development, integrations, and cloud/AI solutions.

Origin story: Needed to connect disparate AI agents to automate development workflows and reduce engineering costs, but found no unified orchestration standard. Built Agent Orcha to fill that gap.
